First Day High?

Hey, everybody's saying it anyway.

Yesterday started my life as a third year Nursing student. I went off a bit early... to find out that I'm almost late at class. My Microbiology and Parasitology [Micro-Para in short] professor was about to begin the orientation [yeah, we do it every year... it's fun!]. I found two of my friends sitting in the front and went to them [Late daw ako... hahaha]. Going back to the professor, she was a... uhh... "healthy" woman; she's a doctor in fact who goes by the name of Joy Jasmine S.J. Dimapindan [did I get the name right? I'll check later]. I looked around the room. Obviously, there were new faces, though there were some who I've recognized. Some of them were my classmates last year, others belonged to my previous NSTP class and one was... my classmate in 4th year HS [wow, 3 kaming Jamer LOL].

We were dismissed an hour early since it's only the first day. We headed at the fifth floor library and cooled ourselves before going out for lunch [I had breaded chicken... at the cost of eight pesos! Beat that!]. It was 2:30 when we went to the beige-greeny building [I don't know the name, I don't bother trying to know it] to get our nameplates [the nameplate people made two sets! They said we'd get a 50% discount should we get it later] and bought my Maternal and Child Nursing books [excited daw ako hahaha]. After that we rushed to our next class.

Human Behavior. Our professor's new in the university, William Michael Domingo [talaga namang kabisado hahaha]. Nothing much happened, except for writing a long course outline and having a surprise quiz on Psychology. Quite a start.

It was said that we'd be receiving our RLE aka duty groupings and schedules by June 14, 1pm. It was already 5pm back then and still no updates. It turned out that the server in the registrar's office crashed and there had not been any groupings done yet. It'll be released whether on this Saturday or next Wednesday. In other words, I'd be having 4 more non-school days. Astig.

Our last subject was Care Management [with Melissa Sacedo]. She's as healthy as Dr. Dimapidan. LOL. Again, nothing much happened. Bah.

What else... oh yeah, I got my RLE apron. My sister said I looked more like a chef than a nurse. O_O And... I got back in sieging again. Still the same though, except that I'm not dying anymore XD

And that's it. =_=
